Self-care is an important aspect of achieving good mental health. I enjoy going to the gym, as I find it to be a great way to clear my mind and focus on improving both my physical and mental health. I also love hiking with my friends, where we engage in what we call “trail therapy”. Additionally, I like to recenter myself through yoga and meditation.
I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible. Most weekends, you can find me hiking, camping and kayaking. My favorite winter activity is hiking; there is nothing better than the view of a snow-covered landscape. I also enjoy reading and doing crafts. I love spending time with my family and friends. I am an avid traveler and feel most at peace when cruising on the ocean.
“My therapeutic approach is fundamentally client-centered, prioritizing the unique needs and goals of each individual. I integrate a diverse range of evidence-based modalities to facilitate meaningful progress and empower clients on their journey toward personal growth and well-being. This tailored approach allows for flexibility and responsiveness to the evolving dynamics of the therapeutic relationship.”
