Haley graduated in 2017 from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in English. After completing her undergraduate program, Haley went on for a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She often says that the work she does as a counselor will be what she “hangs her hat on”.
She has always been passionate about helping people find the best path in life for themselves and knows that being a counselor is her way of fulfilling that desire. Haley has worked teaching youth in different capacities since she was young. Throughout high school and college, Haley worked as a Peer Skills Specialist for a local community mental health company where she taught children and teenagers prosocial skills. Haley would also help facilitate children and youth group therapy sessions with other mental health professionals during her time working within community mental health. She has worked for nearly three years as a therapist with Gold Counseling and loves the field.
Haley loves to play all sports! She grew up playing soccer, basketball, softball, and skiing. She has a competitive nature, and it definitely shows when she’s on the field or court! Haley also loves to swim. She can often be found boating, swimming, and doing all other outdoor adventures with her husband and two children.
During her downtime, Haley loves to stay up-to-date on all things pop culture, reading, writing, and takes any chance she can get to play Mario Party!
