Is Kasha accepting new patients?
Kasha has pursued a wide range of volunteer and professional experiences, including medical transcription, certified nursing assistant work, cake decorating, working with children and youth in school and religious settings, and engaging in humanitarian service. Across these diverse roles, she discovered a common theme – a genuine desire to support and uplift others. She went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2015 and later completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2025.
Kasha has had the privilege of working with teens, young adults, and adults facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, childhood wounds, relationship concerns, grief, postpartum issues, self-worth struggles, spiritual or religious concerns, and stress management. Her work is grounded in empathy and sincere commitment to supporting individuals throughout their healing journey.
Kasha is advanced trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and trained in Lifespan Integration (LI) Therapy. She also draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Polyvagal Theory. Using these modalities, she tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients, helping them process past experiences, regulate emotions, and build the skills necessary for resilience, self-awareness, and authentic well-being.
To support my own well-being, I incorporate activities that bring balance and contentment into my life. I enjoy walking in nature, staying active through yard work or a friendly game of pickleball, and playing the piano. I also enjoy journaling, learning new skills, and listening to different genres of music depending on my mood. Above all, I value slowing down and savoring meaningful moments that cultivate happiness and connection.
I enjoy skiing, running, traveling, reading mystery novels, solving puzzles, and spending quality time with my family.
“I am dedicated to helping individuals increase self-awareness, build confidence, and make choices that align with their values and authentic selves, supporting them in living meaningful and fulfilling lives. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and integrative, using experiential and neuroscience-based methods to address how past experiences influence the present. My work emphasizes whole-person growth, empowerment, and cultivating authenticity, helping clients develop the insight and skills needed to lead balanced, satisfying lives.”
