I’m a big advocate for a healthy work-life balance. I prioritize spending time with my husband and daughters, making time for my hobbies, and taking care of my body. I take pride in finding joy in the little things, whether it’s watching reality TV with my best friend every Tuesday night or folding laundry with my husband when our daughters are in bed. It’s those small moments that make my life so meaningful.
I enjoy reading, playing sports, traveling the world (I’ve been to over 30 countries!), watching musicals, doing art projects with my daughters, and journaling. I value being outdoors, making it a point to go on walks, have picnics at the park, and play with my kids. My husband is a pilot, so we love to go on spontaneous trips to wherever the flights are open!
“I really believe that life can be meaningful, fulfilling, and beautiful, and I make it a goal to move clients closer to that version of their life. I help people recognize their self-worth, shift their self-talk to be more compassionate, and accept the parts of themselves they have been trying to hide or change. I operate from a Health at Every Size approach and help people internalize that all bodies are deserving of compassion, care, and respect. In my therapy office, I hope clients can walk away feeling safe, supported, and uplifted. I just genuinely enjoy the work I do: hearing people’s stories, supporting people to reach their goals, and helping others be their authentic selves.”
