“They say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself” – Andy Warhol.
This quote has stuck with me since the start of my therapeutic journey because in life we often wait for things to get better, when in reality, we have the power to change it ourselves. I am the person that will always cheer clients on and be their biggest support in any life circumstance. This perspective has shaped me as a clinician and in my approach to help individuals gain their life back and find a life worth living.
